Thanks to everyone else that played along this time.................sorry for the delay, but i had a bit of a fight with the blade in my paper trimmer and couldn't do anything till it stopped bleeding!!!
All is o.k. now and i'm sporting a lovely dinosaur plaster!!!............it was all i could find in a hurry!
